2026 Season 

Please fill out the Reservation Request Form below. Please allow 5 – 10 business days for requests to be processed based on priority status and submission date/time. If selected, an MWR Staff Member will contact you. You will have 24 hours to confirm your reservation with a credit card. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being forfeited. **RESERVATION DETAILS**

Weekly rate is $2100 per Recreation House. Showing dates available as of March 09 at 1000. If dates aren’t shown below, they are unavailable.

**RESERVATION RULES**

  • Absolutely NO PETS
  • Occupancy is limited to 6 people.
  • One stay is granted per patron per calendar year.
  • Incomplete applications will not be accepted. False applications will result in a loss of Base Cape Cod MWR Lodging privileges and will be turned over to Base Cape Cod for further action.
  • Non-refundable deposit for the amount of first nights stay.
  • No refunds/cancellations after 14 days prior to your check-in.
  • You will be charged the full amount for your stay 14 days prior to check-in.

By checking Yes, you have read and understand the rules regarding trash/recyclable disposal on Nantucket and understand the requirements expected of you.

**FERRY RESERVATION**

Ferry Reservation Confirmation
Ferry Reservations must be made, and proof of reservation must be provided to MWR Lodging within 48 hours of Nantucket House Reservation. Failure to provide proof withing the 48 hour period will result in cancellation of your reservation, and the date will be given to the next patron on our list.
TRASH & RECYCLING
Nantucket has strict garbage policies.

Please remove all household trash bags. Trash bins are located in front of the garage. Do NOT place unbagged items, recyclables, or hazardous materials in the trash bins. Trash bins are for HOUSEHOLD TRASH ONLY. Trash is picked up early Friday morning. Failure to comply may result in additional fees.

CHARGES FOR MISSING/DAMAGED ITEMS AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGES
You are responsible for loss or damage of MWR Base Cape Cod property. If you remove property from the facility or damage property of any type, you will be charged for the full replacement/repair amount, including labor costs. Extensive cleaning required after checkout will incur a $50 charge. Absolutely no pets or smoking allowed in the facilities. A $75 charge plus the cost of repair/replacement of damage for violation of this rule.
By checking Yes, you have read and understand the rules regarding pets, smoking, vaping, and missing/damaged items at the Nantucket property.
By checking Yes, you acknowledge and accept not only the policies listed on this form, but all policies listed on MWR’s website, any management/staff verbal instruction, etc. and accept full responsibility for yourself, family, and guests.
Hold Harmless: As users of this facility, I/We agree to reimburse, indemnify, and hold harmless the Coast Guard, the Coast Guard MWR program, its agents and employees from any and all claims and cause from my/our use of the Coast Guard MWR equipmet or facilities.
Once contacted by MWR Lodging Staff confirming your reservation, you will have 24 hours to call and book your reservation via credit card. Failure to do so will forfeit your reservation.
